Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policy, and Warranty

Customers may cancel their order prior to the order being shipped. Once the shipping process has been initiated, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If an order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to return the product, the return shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned product, the company reserves the right to deduct 5% to 10% of the product’s purchase price to recover shipping, handling, and packaging costs. The exact deduction will depend on the condition of the returned item and associated processing expenses.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise required by law.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 10 days.

• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Warranty Policy

All products sold by the company are covered by a limited warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

• Brand New Products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• Used or Pre-Owned Products are covered by a 3-month limited store warranty, or such other warranty period as may be expressly stated at the time of sale.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects under normal use conditions only.

The warranty does not cover, and shall be deemed void in the event of:

• Any physical or accidental damage

• Liquid or moisture damage

• Burnt components, electrical surges, or signs of overheating

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or misuse

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The company reserves the right to inspect the product to determine warranty eligibility. At its discretion, the company may repair, replace, or offer an alternative remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
